Hey there DG!

The episode is called "Mokey's Funeral". Here's the summary, according to Chris Vaughn's website:

"Nobody thinks Mokey is good at practical things, so she tries to deal with Junior Gorg's Fraggle trap herself."

Mokey creates a doll in her likeness (which no one "thinks" is real), and she dances with this doll while singing "Ragtime Queen".

Hope this helps!
