Question about Muppet Show episode (late 1970s?)

I remember seeing an episode where the closing had Statler and Waldorf disappear one by one while in their balcony. I believe there was sufficient disappearing in the episode. Who was the celebrity guest in that episode?

I was tempted to think it was Doug Henning, considering he was a magician. But after checking out Muppet Wiki, it turns out it wasn't Henning's episode.
