Question about an Elmo Christmas Stuffed Doll

I have an elmo teddy I've had all my life, and want to know if its rare. Its got a green and white striped scarf and what also a red hat and has a white fluffy ball on the top of the hat. I've had it for the whole of the 16years I've lived and just want to know if its rare? :smile:
