I didn't see it, but there was a live-action film song in the early 90s with that title. I'd be surprised if that's the song they sang, because it didn't originally have a character singing, and I don't think it was even a Sesame Street song originally. It sounded more like Michael Bolton.

Was that really early in the parade because I was trying to find the sesame float a only saw the super grover one, which is not a bad thing, I just wish I had caught the big bird one.
