I know many of you will not be able to get to this due to location.

But, I'm teaching a 1.5 hour beginner puppetry workshop in the TV style on Sept 25th at The Brookline Puppet Showplace Theater. It is just $5 to attend the class.

No previous puppetry experience is needed for the class. We will provide the puppets, the camera equipment, and all the personal instruction.

The class will be filled with lots of hands on puppeteering experience.

Some of the things the class will focus on:
-Setting up a camera and monitor
-Proper puppeteering stance
-Eye focus
-Lip-synch
-Working with a monitor
-Acting with puppets
-And much more!

Are planning on doing this again soon?

I was just about to sign up then I remembered this Saturday is my wife's bday. Im going to try and convince here to come along... but that's going to be tough.
