Project Puppet Build Question

Well, at great risk to myself appearing foolish I have to ask, and hopefully get an answer. I received the project puppet forma trio as a gift this last Christmas and I finally got around to looking at the patterns. The instructions mention arm, upper neck and lower neck patterns but they weren't included on the pattern sheet. Was i supposed to get another paper with the patterns or am i missing something? Anyone whose used the patterns that can help me out would be my hero. Thanks guys!

They're not included being that those parts are just rectangles. The measurements are included in the instructions. Glad to help
