Nobody starts a thread for the Pope here? Man!

He was a very good man and a great Pope. So sad he was so sick

He even survived the Nazis in Poland. Is anybody else here sad?

Mark (and other viewers),
Over the past week, I've watched on TV about the history of Pope John Paul II, and I must say, he was truly a great man. He was beyond what most men are capable of becoming; a true saint. What's odd about his passing is that, some people never realize how important someone is until they have gone from this world to the next.
I'm a Catholic, born and raised, and my mom has taught me so much about the faith that I am apart of. And it's people like him that teach people like my mother to continue forth in the works of God, and teach people like me to keep up the faith. Thank you, Sir Pope John Paul. May you rest in peace.
