While I doubt that some of those on your list would ever be considered to be made (They are just too unknown), you might be glad to know that Dr. Bunsen has been made into a plush character, as has Sam (although the Sam one is very very ugly). Warrick has some pics of the Sam (I think he is from Spain). He was made as part of a Muppet Soccer Set.

Bunson is available for order from the collectibles section of MC, and is made by Igel (a company from Germany). He is well worth the money, as are Beaker, Rizzo, Statler, Waldorf, and most of the other Muppet Plush they have released.:big_grin:

Dr. Teeth would make an awful Plush, if you'd think about it. Look at Animal, his fur is all over the place.
