I would change this one to Peter Cratchit, only because Belinda would be weird to have without Betina, and Peter can stand on his own more easily. Also, personally, I thought Peter was really funny.
I don't think peter would be popular or strong enough to carry a playset on his own. maybe belinda and betina could be packaged together in a playset like this, or maybe Miss piggy As Emily Cracthet could be included (or, considering Miss Piggy figures haven't sold very well, have Kermit as Bob Cracthet instead).

It would be cool if a series of figures consisting of the cratchet family was made. it could have been like this:
Bob Cracthet with hat, scarf, and a bookkeeper rat
Tiny Tim with cain and penguin
Peter Cratchet with glass and penguin
Belinda and betina 2-pack
playset: Cratchet Home with Emily Cracthet

Or, considering the playsets didn't sell too well, Tiny Tim (and his cain) could come with Bob Cratchet (replacing the book keeper pack-in) and Emily Cratchet could come with a stove.
