Why are people now hiding their profile on the site so they don't show up as an online user? I don't understand the reason and it really bugs me when they do so. When I try to click on one, the user was last seen doesn't show up. I may do the same thing as well in the future just so only certain people can view it or something.

Will somebody please be able to explain this to me so I can understand a little bit better? Thank you.
