I didn't know Pee Wee's Playhouse was an adult show. My mom said it was a Saturday morning kiddie show. When did it become an adult show?

Yeah, I think Adult Swim is going for the nostaglia effect a little. I know they had Saved by the Bell on for awhile too. I for one, loved Pee Wee's Playhouse, although, watching it now I wonder if it really was appropriate for little kids. Maybe it belongs in Adult Swim, LOL. (There's alot of innuendos if you don't know what I'm talking about)

I love that show, although my mom wouldn't allow me to watch it anymore after I copied something on the show he did with string. it was all over the house and I was wrapped in it.:stick_out_tongue:

I just got to see Pee Wee's Playhouse on Adult Swim last night. It was so much fun seeing it again!

And while it was a kid's show techincally, it had a lot of adult humor as well.

I dig Pee Wee as well, not as much as my friend. That guy has all the episodes on DVD, he loves it.

Yeah Adult Swim is going for the past cartoons since everyone that wacthes Adult Swim grew up in the 80s/90's, I think it's a smart move.

Also a while back, really late, adult swim was airing the Mr. T cartoon.
