Hey, I'm really interested into collecting Palisades figures and sets. I have the Pigs in Space set, but sadly that is all. If I really invested into this, how much would I spend?

Depends on the figure, really. I haven't done much looking lately, since I bought them all as they were released back in the day.

I know some of them are super expensive on the after market though, like the Backstage play set.

I'd say just look on eBay to get a good idea.

It depends on many different things. One is how complete do you want your collection to be (totally mint on card or in package, loose with all the accessories) do you want all the figures (such as the variants, exclusives) and so much more. It really comes down to how you are as a collector
