Cleaning Lips, probably all that I need to say? Anyway, how do you clean Lips without smearing off his awesome smock decal? OR, what did you do to keep the decal on and from smearing? As you might imagine, my Lips is pretty dusty after all these years while all the others look awesome.

Hey Kevin man! Well, you shoulda done what I did... after the first smear (before he even got a chance to gather dust), I caved and opened the brown shirt version to take his place in my display, lol.

I think a fix for his shirt is a lost cause, sorry! It'd take much more free time than I have at least, but maybe with a teeny swab dipped in rubbing alcohol and a steady hand, you'll find success!
