Some of your suggestions for Splurge seem a little odd. There weren't any full-body monsters in Comedy Tonight, You've Got a Friend, Happy Together, or Just One Person, and I don't think a full body monster would have appeared in any audience shots.

Anyway, here is what I think Splurge could have appeared in:

Specials:
The Muppets: A Celebration of Thirty Years: In the crowd with the audience.
The Muppets Go To The Movies: in the introduction to the horror movie.

Movies:
The Muppet Movie: at the screening and in the finale (Thig and Sam The Robot also should have been there)
The great Muppet Caper: with the monsters in the truck during "Hey, a Movie!"
Muppet treasure island: as one of the pirates (ditto with any full-body monster besides Sweetums).
The Muppets Wizard of oz: as one of the flying monkeys (ditto with any full body monster besides sweetums)

The Muppet Show:
Paul Williams: with the other full body monsters who prove that Paul Williams is not the tallest person on the show.
Rita Moreno: in the cafe at the beginning.
Ben Vereen: in Pure Imagination.
Sandy Duncan: in Nice Girl Like me (ditto with Thog)
Vincent Price: in almost any segment (ditto with any other full body monster who isn't Sweetums)
Steve Martin: he could have auditioned for an act.
Bernedette Peters: in "take a Little One Step" (i think that's the name of the song with Sweetums, Thog, and Timmy)
Dom Deluise: In the monster adoption sketch.
Julie Andrews: in I Whistle a Happy Tune.
John Cleese: in the losing number.
Alice Cooper: in Schools Out.
Leslie Uggums: In Hey, There, Good Times.
Glenda jackson: as one of the pirates.
James Coburn: in the roaring twenties sketch.
