Oscar's Can Lid Hat

Why is it that Oscar's can lid is always on his head when seen in drawings or books or cartoon pictures. I know that the puppet would be kind of funny w/ it on but its like he wears it like a hat in all the pics. Funny isn't it.

He wears it because he's still in his trash can. Since Oscar never had a
body they used to make him walk in his can.

What do u mean by that? He has a body hes just never seen w/ a body on the muppet version. He has been seen in his realuar body on pics and coloring books where hes out of his trash can.

Thats a poser not a sence from Sesame Street. Now I understand that theres the Christmas on Sesame Street and MFC but still he's not moving around but hey what about the time we see him out of his Trash Can at where he's hiding in tree part. Now all I'm saying is that Oscar's all ways in his Trash Can in color books, Pics or Sesame Street Posers but not on Sesame Street. He might be from time to time but still he's out and about not walking around in his can.

Oscar's mobility came in three forms. Sometimes he would walk around in his can, sometimes Bruno the garbage man would carry him around, and other times he would just get out of the can and move around on the street like any other muppet.

I hate this thing its killing the crap out of me. Why is it that people don't understand what I'm pointing out. Still he if he had no body then why does he walk around on Sesame Street. Not to say hes a puppet and he's never been shown full body but if u look at other characters that u see waist up have full bodies so Oscar should have a full body somewhere in a puppet form they just haven't shown it.
