And I really dislike the puppet they used for it. I'm assuming it's the one they use when they go outside the studio, but it just looks odd.
Yeah it does look different, but I could've sworn I read somewhere where it said that Caroll Spinney still uses the same Oscar puppet from the first season. They only touch it up every now and then. So my question is, is this in fact all true and if so, do they even make a puppet for outside appearances or do they just use/have been using the same puppet for everything from public events to taping of the episodes?
