I believe the CBC still has a copy of them as they coproduced the show.
I know CBC has some sketches in their archives, not sure if they are of the actualy characters or just props, costumes and things like that. CBC regularly displays items from Fraggle Rock at the CBC Broadcast Centre in Toronto. They are currently running an exhibit called "Growing Up With The CBC" and have a few Fraggle items on display along with the actual Canadian Muppets.

I posted a few pics from the exhibit last year at http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/angry...pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/angrypuppets/my_photos and there is more info available at http://www.cbc.ca/museum/exhibit.html
