Odd looking screen on forum

Just now, I am getting this strange screen whenever I go to the forum. I did not get the screen a few minutes ago and it didn't happen this morning or earlier this afternoon. I don't know why this is happening to me right now.

And I also cannot click on the avatars of the members here. I just get nothing but three bars which means loading.

Just tested the forum on Internet Explorer and Chrome, but I am still getting the weird screen.

This should be fixed now. I was updating the radio code on the home page of the forum.
