Wasn't skeeter just on the muppet babies cartoon. She was never a real muppet that I am aware of.

I always assumed one of two things happened to Skeeter:

1) She became an amazing gymnast, moved to Europe, and now has very little contact with Scooter and her family...

2) She had extensive plastic surgery and became Janice.

I should have worded that, "I used to imagine that maybe this is what happened to Skeeter..."

Before knowing more about that honey.

Someone needs to write some sort of tell-it-all True Hollywood Story (or Behind the Music, I suppose) about the Electric Mayhem.

THAT should be an episode of the New Muppet Show!

I've actually suggested that before and even came up with a plot outline.

about Skeeter, I dont know what happen,but it would be great to see on the new muppet show, give us another female to boot. :smile:

1) Is *possible*, 2 is not however...as ya remember Janice was in the later seasons of Muppet Babies.

Now we all know Skeeter is not part of Muppet canon(nor is any aspect of MB)

However, my take? Maybe its a Fight Club Tyler Durdan thing with Scooter, and 'Skeeter' is just his mental projection?

See, my thinking is, that after Janice visited the Muppet Babies, Skeeter was quite taken by her totally funked-out coolness. This inspired her to join the band "Foam Rubber Angst," a hair band in which she played lead guitar. The band was sucessful for a few months, until the untimely death of bassist Wally the Widgit. After that the band broke up, and Skeeter went into a dark stage in her life, which cannot be detailed on MC. That ended when she woke up at Logan Internation at the feet of a man in a white robe holding a yellow flower to her face. She devoted herself to Krishna, and has been faithful to its beliefs ever since.

Or, she could have been a mental projection...

Skeeter is really Scooter in drag.. They used special effects to make them look like there were two of them instead of one. Kinda like Lore and Data.

I should know! I have an inside on the Nursery..and the diaper to prove it! :big_grin:
