I know it featured Kermit but:

(1) What happens in this sketch?

(2) Where did it take place at?

(3) How is it?

(4) If there's ending music in there, how did it go?

(5) What other Muppets appear in the sketch besides Kermit?

5 questions, please.

1. He interviews a bunny rabbit who claims that he is Santa Claus, and he says that he delivers all this halloween stuff. Then the "Easter Which" comes along with a basket of eggs. Then the real Santa Claus comes along, and Kermit explains how Santa says "Ho ho ho", and they hear him say that, and think that Kermit IS Santa Claus, and then they're all over him telling him what they want for Christmas!

2. In a suburban neighborhood.

3. It's really good!

4. I don't recall if there was any ending music.

5. AM Bunny, AM Witch, AM Boy.

That one I remember very well. Come to think about it, there have been quite a few different Santa's on "Sesame Street" over the years.

You hear Santa's voice on "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street"

Charles Durning played him on "Elmo Saves Christmas"

Then there was a different Santa in "Elmo's World: Happy Holidays"

The News Flash might have been the only time where Santa was Muppetized though.

Actually the only two times where Santa was Muppetized were two News Flash sketches: the Holiday Mix (1978) and Waiting for Santa (1974). I've seen these.

Actually, this News Flash segment was from 1975 (Season 7), and it was used on Unpaved Episode #1933-The Plant In My Window/Musical Chairs Insert/New Computer on Sesame Street (1984, Season 15).
