Wikipedia is never a reliable source. Remember, anybody can edit it, so these claims are most likely fake. Seems they've been taken off already. Nick And More (a more reliable source, as far as I can tell) has no information regarding these shows being on the channel.

Yes... Because we all know that Sprout would dump Sesame Street, and it'd immediately be snapped up for further airing starting from Super Bowl Sunday onwards on a Disney-affiliated/owned network.

Can anyone say 'getting an early start on April Fools' pranks by about three months early'? Pffffft.
