I can tell you abit about that sketch.
She was standing with her arms at the side and swinging from side to side. Bert & Ernie then came and asked her what she was doing. She told them that she was pretending to be a tree and trying to attarct birds. She wanted them to try it, Bert would not do anything that silly. So Erine tryed and they got all those small birds to come. When Bert saw that he wanted to try to, and he got a bird to come, a big green ugly one.

I don't know what year it's from.
