Does anyone know about a new Muppet movie in the works with Bryan Lynch writing?

The following was a blurb that I found on the ViewAskew website (which is for Kevin Smith, who is "Silent Bob" and the writer/director of such movies as "Dogma" and "Chasing Amy," "Clerks," "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back," and others):

What’s this I read about Brian Lynch writing a Muppet script? Is it true?
Yes it is. The nebbish writer wrote a spec script that was picked up and loved by the Henson company. The original plan was for it to come after the next movie, but plans may have fallen through since then. Keep an eye on News Askew and the web board for updates.

Any info anyone has will be great (especially if this was already done and I am WAY out of the loop, here)...

I believe this is an old report that resurfaced from about a year ago (February 2002). The script has been purchased for several years, but so far nothing has come of it as far as production goes.

Another made-for-tv movie this year is possible though.

Nice to see you Marge. Hope all is well for you and your family.
