Need help with with old Sesame episodes

I'm looking for some old SS Episodes. ones with preferably these skits on them:

The Kermit skit w/ the glasses of milk (forget what it's called)
A few of the letter skits (anyone, don't care)

I'd say these are circa '69 to maybe '71. I usually don't do this, but here is where I can be contacted at:
