I need your opinion as soon as Monday morning.

My Computer Applications teacher wants us to come up with a website, and I need some help and ideas for an easy one to create, specifically one to be created in one week. Here's my ideas:

--A Sesame Street video guide, with a description of each video and what clips are included.
--A "Whatever Happened to" page dedicated to Sesame Street Muppets and why they're not around.

Please don't send e-mails; post it on this forum (our school doesn't allow e-mails, but message boards are suitable). I'd like to hear everyone's opinion, particurlarly Philip Chapman, and see how I can get this site set. I'm favoring the video guide so far.

Thanks.....
:concern:

I hate to disappoint you, but I decided to make a page on the many celebrities who have appeared on the show. It was, of course, incomplete when I turned it in and I'm not sure if it'll even make it on the Net. I think my teacher will delete it! Pardon my language, but d***! I really wanted this page to be available!!

*Sigh* Oh well, maybe I can collaberate with someone here and have it up.

By the way, thanks for your input, Warrick. In the mean time, does anyone want me to post the video guide here? I can't at school since I've only got 2 1/2 days left (  :stick_out_tongue: :excited: )!!! I don't think I'll post a summary of the "framing sequences" in the video (or, in other words, the basic plot of the video). If I do it'd be really short.

So, does anybody want to see the guide? Should I post it? I'd really like to hear everyone's valued opinion (if possible).

I hate my school so much. The staff thinks their so special or something. They block sites that arent even offensive if their on angelfire or tripod. And plus they went into my folder on their server and delted my sounds folder and videos folder without even TELLING me. you think they could of at least said "we have to delete this stuff". But noooo. And every time i go to the library the librarian (who is really stupid) says i need to look at school stuff. but then i see a ton of seniors and older kids in plain sight on gaming sites and music sites. im so glad school is almost done.

Hey, Muppet Dude, I think that's a great project & I'd love to help - I have a small collection of "vintage" SS video, so I can offer the info for those.

I'm always searching the net for this information: Which songs, which clips are on the video - and which characters/people perform them. A synopsis of the back story. A character list for the back story.

Let me know what I can do.

I think the SESAME STREET video guide would be the easier of the two ideas to execute and would offer more material.

The "whatever happened to" seems more limited in its possibilities, but interesting nevertheless.

Thanks for all of your input, guys. But since I don't have a computer, I need somebody to design the website (actually set it up). We can discuss everything we need here, or in private e-mails so we don't give anything away!

BTW, Hays, I wasn't planning to have credits, but now that you brought it up, I think it's a great idea! Those'll definitely be in the guide, but I don't want our guide to rival MC's TMS episode guide. That's why I wanted to have his opinion.

Also, according to my teacher, she said that my page might be up! (But you might need a search engine to look for it.) Just type in a few guests such as "Lou Rawls", "Rowlf the Dog" and "Madeline Kahn" on a search engine and it might come up (I hope!).
