I"m not familiar with it, but from the words it looks like a variation off the song "Making Whoopee" where they sing the same lines except replace "eating cookies" with "making whoopee."

it's pretty much the most hilarious cookie monster song i've heard by far. .


and i did a search for "eating cookies" as agentflash suggested. ..
but it's a dead result. .
