Need Help on Pasting a drawing

I want to paste a drawing on a page. It won't let me when I try it comes up undo or delete. Can some one help me?

like copy and paste? I use ctrl c and ctrl v, but some programs will not copy into one another. If you can't find a specific program to work, try putting in another program, then transferring it. Or sometimes, I'll find a program that can save lots of types of files (I use PhotoStudio 2000 but only because it came with my HP) and try that way...usually with a little luck and a lot of patience, you can get it to work
