Need Help Identifying Classic Computer Program

OK, my memory is WAY off, but here's what I remember:

There was this program for Classic Macintosh computers that taught kids how to use the Mac OS 9 and earlier trashcan. Also, it had OSCAR THE GROUCH!!! And he sang different things when you put your mouse over the trashcan or something.

Any help?

Oh, yeah I know what your talking about. My avatar is from that. It was Mac OS 8.6 and it was a cheat code. You could set up your Mac so that everytime you empty the Trash, Oscar would sing "I Love Trash". Unfortunately, it's not available for OS X (the new Macintosh) because of copyright laws and because the kids would delete prescious files of their parent's to see Oscar sing.
