Does anyone else remember this cartoon from the 70s?
A small man grunts "Unnnh!" repeatedly, pushing an enormous capital letter N along as oppressively slow synthesizer music plays in the background. The melody ends as the N drops away with a crash. Finally, the man who had moved the letter speaks (revealing a heavy New York accent):
"Uh-oh! Someone asked for an N here, and I don't know where it goes." He jumps back as if he were checking for the lost letter; we finally see that the man had been walking on top of the alphabet (whose other letters are written in a similar style). "A-B-C-D-E-F-G...H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P," he recites, jumping to each letter in turn. (The second part, though, sounds more like "H-Oy-J-K" at the beginning.) Hopping back from P to N, the man announces: "Hey, dat's where it belongs! Let's hear it for capital N!" The cartoon ends with the man's voice-over, as the N radiates bright-colored waves and upbeat synth music plays:
"Yay, yay, capital N!
We like you so well, we'll say it again--
Yay, yay, capital N!"
