My own Muppetisms!

Well, I'm still thinking up a "Part 2" to the Musical Mix-Up, but in the meantime, here's a few Muppetisms I created featuring Scooter & Skeeter (if she became an adult), Traveling Matt Fraggle, Abelardo Montoya, Kippi Ben Kippod, Kami, and Pino from some of the international co-productions of Sesame Street, Katie from Canadian Sesame Street, Mopatop and Puppyduck from Mopatop's Shop in the UK, and Aussie Muppet Ollie from Nick Jr. Australia:

(First, Scooter and Skeeter)

SCOOTER: It's 15 seconds to curtain, chief!

KERMIT: Thanks, Scooter. I'm ready!

(Skeeter then flips onto the screen, which freezes, and the words "Scooter and Skeeter (the twins)" fades on screen-- "Scooter and Skeeter" being colored orange in text.)

SKEETER: Whee! Do you want to play with me, Scooter!

SCOOTER: Not now, Skeet! I've got to finish up my schedule for next week's Muppet Show!

SKEETER: (starts to cry) But Scooter... you're my brother!

SCOOTER: I know, but--

SKEETER: (interrupts) And brothers and sisters should always get along with one another, right?

SCOOTER: Yeah, I guess you're right. What do you want to do?

SKEETER: I wanna play soccer! Let's go!

SCOOTER: OK!

(A "45 seconds later" card appears)

SCOOTER: Ow! (Scooter is seen covered in bruises from when Skeeter kicks the soccer ball at him all over his body)

SKEETER: I'm sorry, Scooter! At least you played with me!

SCOOTER: Yeah, that feels good, doesn't it?

(Slide: "Brothers and sisters should get along")



(Second, Traveling Matt)

(fade in, "Traveling Matt (the explorer)" is seen, "Traveling Matt" colored chocolate brown)

TRAVELING MATT: Ahh... here I am, out in outer space again!

(Kermit shows up)

KERMIT: Uh, hi, sir. I'm looking for Miss Piggy. Do you know where she is?

TRAVELING MATT: (writes in his diary) I have seen this weird green creature with an odd-looking neck, and rather weird feet come up to me, and I've noticed that he also has this rather weird looking mouth. This is the most fascinating creature I've seen outside of Fraggle Rock and the Gorgs' Garden.

KERMIT: Uh... I just asked you, (begins to yell) DO YOU KNOW WHERE PIGGY IS?

TRAVELING MATT: AAAAAAAAAAH! She went that way! (He points to the left)

KERMIT: Ah, thank you.

TRAVELING MATT: He certainly is a fine creature.

(Sprocket shows up, barking at Matt)

SPROCKET: Woof, woof!

TRAVELING MATT: AAAAAAAAAHHHHH! Heel, boy! Heel! (his screams start to fade, and the slide "Explore Things Around You" appears)

(Third, four international SS Muppets)

(Abelardo, Kippi, and Pino enter the screen, and only their names are shown, along with the flag of where they're from-- Abelardo's name is in dark green and has the flag of Mexico under it, Kippi's is a mauve color and has the flag of Israel under it, and Pino's is a very light blue and has the flag of the Netherlands under it)

(Kami then shows up, with her name in golden yellow and the flag of South Africa under it)

KAMI: Good morning, everyone! I am Kami, and I am here to teach you numbers in the English language! Let's begin.

ABELARDO: Uno, dos, tres, cuatro--

KAMI: No, no, no, no! In English!

KIPPI: Alef, bet, gimel, daled--

KAMI: (yells) I SAID IN ENGLISH!

PINO: Een, twee, drie, vier--

KAMI: (angrily) I give up.

(A "2 minutes later" card appears)

KAMI: Let me try this way: Uno, dos, tres--

ALL: One, two, three, four, five, six--

KAMI: Wow! They're learning English! Hooraaaaaayyy!

(slide: "Learning a New Language is Fun!")


(fourth, Katie from Canadian Sesame Street)

(we see Katie racing all over in her wheelchair)

KATIE: Wheee! (laughs) Yippee!

(the screen freezes and we see "Katie (always ready to play)", with "Katie" in brownish-orange, plus the flag of Canada below her name)

KATIE: Oh, boy! I can't wait to make some new friends! (Kermit then shows up)

KERMIT: Oh, hi-ho! I'm Kermit the Frog! Who are you?

KATIE: My name's Katie! Do you want to play with me, Mr. Frog?

KERMIT: Sure! (whispering to himself) I hope Miss Piggy doesn't find out...

(Katie and Kermit are seen playing Tic-Tac-Toe together)

KATIE: Yay! I won! I won! I won!

(Next, they are seen playing checkers)

KERMIT: Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy!

(Finally, Kermit paints a picture for Katie)

KATIE: Thank you, Kermit! This picture is beautiful! (We then see a close-up of Katie's mouth aiming for Kermit's cheek [in slo-mo]. Obviously, she's going to kiss him. Just when Katie is about to kiss Kermit...)

MISS PIGGY: (yelling) NO ONE KISSES THE FROG BUT MOI! HIIIIIIIII-YAAAAAA! (Piggy karate-chops Katie out of her wheelchair!) How are vous today, Kermie? (kisses him)

KERMIT: I'm fine but, where's my new friend?

(Katie is seen in a dumpster [where she landed from Piggy's karate chop], and only her legs and feet are sticking out, slide "Learn to Make Friends With Different People" is seen)

(fifth, Mopatop and Puppyduck)

(fade in, "Mopatop and Puppyduck (the shopkeepers)" are seen, Mopatop's name in green, and Puppyduck's name in yellow, and the flag of the UK is below them)

MOPATOP: I'm Mopatop, and this is my shop, and this is my assistant, Puppyduck.

PUPPYDUCK: Good morning, Mopatop! Oh, and here comes a customer!

KERMIT: Hi-ho, I'm Kermit the Frog, and this is Miss Piggy!

MISS PIGGY: Kissy kissy! (sighs)

MOPATOP: What are you going to buy for your pig friend?

KERMIT: Gee, I was planning on buying that sweater for myself because it's green, but...

(A "30 seconds later" card appears)

KERMIT: For you, Piggy!

MISS PIGGY: (screams happily) AAAAAAAH! This sweater is just what moi needs! (kisses Kermit) Thank you, Kermie!

KERMIT: Sheesh...

PUPPYDUCK: Come again, soon! And I've got something for you, Mopatop!

MOPATOP: What is it, Puppyduck?

(Puppyduck pulls out a large friendship bracelet)

MOPATOP: Wow! Thanks, Puppyduck! (He puts it on, but the bracelet snaps in two)

(slide: "It's Better to Give than to Receive")


(finally, Ollie from Nick Jr. Australia)

(fade in on Ollie, words "Ollie (the monster)" appears, with Ollie's name in yellow, and the flag of Australia under his name)

OLLIE: G'day, everyone! I'm Ollie, and I'm on my way to make some new friends! Oh, here comes one now.

(Kermit and Elmo show up)

ELMO: Hello, Ollie! Elmo is so happy to see you, again! Elmo wants to show Ollie his friend, Kermit!

KERMIT: Hi-ho. I'm Kermit the Frog. You know I've never met a Muppet from Australia before...

OLLIE: Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Ollie, and I'm a really fun guy to be with. What do you want to do?

("3 minutes later" time card appears)

(Kermit and Ollie sing a duet version of "The Rainbow Connection")

OLLIE: That was a really great song you taught me, Kermit!

KERMIT: I'm glad I could be your new friend.

MISS PIGGY: (screams at Ollie) NO ONE FLIRTS WITH THE FROG BUT MOI! HIIIIIIIIIIII-YAAAAAAAAAAA! (Piggy karate-chops Ollie off the little hill and into a mudbank)

(slide: "Everyone in the World is Your Friend")

And there you go! All six I came up with!

Those are good ones I have some Muppetisms to post here too. here is One Featuring Bert and Ernie.

We see Ernie with a Magnifying glass looking at some plants looking for Bugs.

BERT: hey Ernie, What are you doing?

ERNIE: oh, Hey Bert, I'm Just trying to find Twiddlebugs with my nifty magnifying glass. wanna join?

BERT: Ah, no thanks Ernie, I got some improtant stuff to do.

ERNIE: okay Bert I Completely Understand (Then A twiddlebug comes from a plant under the Glass)

TWIDDLEBUG: A true friend can always be respectful.
