Those are just amazing. Great work! I have to wonder how Big Bird works, as it looks like it'd be a tight squeeze to get a puppeteer inside.

Greg, I used a round head shaped pattern that was posted on here a long time ago by Gerbert. I basically made 2 half spheres, trimmed the bottom one down a bit and glued them at the back and then cut a hole for my hand. Grover's head is basically round but the mouth cut is just below the middle. The fur is from Mendels.
