Muppets Movie/Skit with a Sparking Substance Chase and mention of “The Wheeze”

Okay, so i vividly remember this scene from some kind of Muppets Media involving a chase with some sparking substance and i saw it likely in 2014 or 2015. I remember seeing it in the Car on Netflix and My Sister (Who wasn’t born until June of 2015) not being there. I know it wasn’t Sesame Street because i stopped watching it in 2014 and it also wasn’t Fragile Rock since i only had a Fragile Rock DVD Set, not on Netflix. This is how the scene went are far as i remember: Someone (I think it was Beaker) knocks over some beaker with some kind of substance in it and that the beaker Shatters and starts sparking. (It looked like the Sparking part of a Sparkler but White) and then it chases a group of Characters. Off to the left and off the screen, then to the right while behind the Table it fell off. And then someone puts it out. And a but after, a character i’m 99% Sure was Dr Bunsen Honeydew says a line and all i can remember about it is that the phrase “The Wheeze” or some of spelling of “Wheeze” was in it. This has puzzled me for several years now.
