When I was five years old I had to go to day care every day. In the middle of the day we'd have nap time which consisted of putting us in a darkened room with blankets and pillows. For some reason I hated it. I don't know if it was the dark or having to be quiet or what but having to do it always upset me. So many times to get through it I'd think of the Muppets and replay scenes from the Muppet Show in my head. This usually helped me to go to sleep or at the very least helped make the experience bearable.
