Muppet Race Mania instructions?

I recently bought a used copy of Muppet Race Mania for my Playstation, but the instruction book is missing pages 2-3 and 10-17. Would anybody here be willing to send or scan me a copy of these pages? The odd thing about it is it looks like the book actually came that way because the warranty card is still attached inside and there are duplicates of other pages! Anyway, if anybody here would be willing to do this, I'd really appreciate it!
