Muppet Family Christmas - Question and Mini-Rant

Not sure if this is proper, as this movie just sprawls over EVERYTHING Henson, characterwise.

I borrowed the MFS video from the library a few days ago. Terrible version, if I pause or stop, I have to pull it out and blow on the stupid thing so it'll play again. Okay, question time!

Is there ANYWAY to get an unedited version of this!? I have the original edited version. And I'm honestly ticked off. I didn't notice most of it, except I wondered:

Why didn't I see Baby Scooter? Or that...segment...at....all!? So...I'm missing it. ><

Any help my dear friends?
