Hello-

New here, sort of. Have mostly been a lurker. Doing some research for a project and I am curious as to what exactly defines a muppet as a muppet. The Ave Q people I know had to
make the puppets look like muppets without being muppets, but what defines this? How do you go about envoking the feeling of a muppet in your puppet design, without it being an infringment of copyright?
