[Muppet Christmas Carol] Typeface Font?

Hiya,

Not too sure this is the place for such a question... but... here goes...

The logo for "The Muppet Chrismtas Carol" - what font is it? What is it called? And where can I get a Windows Typeface which is similar or at least very very close?

Any help is much appreciated.

I don't know off-hand (and as far as I know the logo uses custom lettering), but one of these tools might come in handy when identifying this or other "unknown" fonts:
