I'll try to get you a list of the Muppet Academy Award appearances that I know of. I don't have any pictures though.

There's a picture somewhere on Muppet Central, in Joey Furgiuele's tribute to Richard Hunt, of Jim, Kermit, Scooter and Richard at the Oscars. If I remember correctly they presented an award together, and they may have accepted one as well (the woman in the photo standing in front of them is holding the statuette).
