I know this sketch is from 1969 but:

1) What happens in this sketch?

2) What monsters are there?

3) How is it?

4) If there's ending music in there, how does it go?

Four questions please!

Yeah, I only remember the 'A' one also. How did the'C' skit go? If any of you saw it.

I hear that this sketch appeared in episode #573 of "Sesame Street". What monsters are in it?

Monster C

A few of the monsters are lined up on the brick wall.

From right to left, they are:
1) Brown Grover
2) A brown monster that looks like a giant powder puff
3) Beautiful Day
4) Cookie Monster (voiced by Carroll Spinney this time)
5) A tall green monster used on the Christmas skit with Arthur Godfey
from the Ed Sullivan Show (dated 12/24/67) with different eyes, voiced by Jim
6) The little monster from the "A" skit

Basically all they do is whisper "C" to each other, until it reaches the monster on the end, and we see a capital C, then they pass the message back.

Not highly consequential, but it was nice to see some monsters who we'd soon never see again.

Actually, the other monsters besides BD Monster, Cookie, and Green Grover include Scudge (the green monster of the Ed Sullivan Christmas sketch), the Flute-Snatcher who showed up in various potato chip commercials in the 1960's, and Baby Monster (a small purple one of the Monster Dad & Son sketch of Ed Sullivan).
