NOTE: I know that "Dances With Wolves" has already been done on Sesame Street, but I wanted to put my own twist on it. Anyway, enjoy!
Alistair Cookie: Good eve-a-ning. Welcome to Monsterpiece Theater. Tonight me will show you Dances With Wolves. Now, feel free to dance because the music take over you. Music make you lose your mind. (clears his throat) So, enjoy Dances With Wolves.
Fade to a campground. Grover is roasting some marshmallows over an open fire and sipping something out of a canteen.
Grover (to camera): Oh, it is so nice camping in the great outdoors! I have my marshmallows, I have my apple juice, but best of all I have my music. (Turns to look at his record player) This is my favorite family heirloom. It was given to me by my grandmother. She only owned one record, but it is a darn good one, if I may say so: "The Best Of Little Jerry And The Monotones". Oh, I just love this record. It puts a snap in my fingers and a beat in my feet! (Starts humming, looks to his left and sees a wolf licking his lips) Oh, hello, Mr. Wolf! I did not see you there. You know, you startled me. That is not a very nice thing to do.
Wolf(sarcastically): Oh, well, excuse me, Pink Nose! Next time, I’ll be a little more considerate so I’m not yelled at by some blue monster drinking apple juice!
Grover: Now, Mr. Wolf, there is no need to be mean to me. I am a very nice little monster and I would like to be friends with you, if that’s okay.
Wolf: No, I don’t wanna be your friend! Look, the only reason I came over here is to eat you, and I make it a rule not to be friends with my dinner. Now, let’s just get this over with. (Snarls and starts walking toward Grover)
Grover(starts backing away): Now, look here, Mr. Wolf. Can’t we talk about this? (Wolf gets closer and Grover trips over his record player) That’s it! That’s the answer! M-M-Mr. Wolf, would you like to hear some music? (Puts the needle on the record and "Telephone Rock" plays)
Wolf(stops snarling): Hey, is that Little Jerry?
Grover: You bet it is!
Wolf: Oh, I love this song! (Starts dancing) Hey, you’re okay, kid, you know that?
Grover(starts dancing):You are not so bad yourself, Mr. Wolf! Let’s boogie!
Fade to library where Alistair Cookie is dancing around the room.
Alistair Cookie: Oh boy! Me love a good song that me can dance to! This is Alistair Cookie saying good night... if you can go to sleep after dancing the night away!
