Mister Rogers Vinyl Records

Hope everyone is well on the boards. I had a question about Mister Rogers vinyl records. There was a 1984 version of A Place of Own record, were all the songs re-recorded on this album or were they same from the 1972 album? I noticed there are several different Lps of You Are Special are they all the same as well? Or are any of them re-recorded? I have the You Are Special with the mirror on it, I was just curious.

I’m looking for any obscure pre79 pics from MRN if anyone can help that would be great.

Hi Mike,

Yes, those two albums (among several others) were reissued over the years. All of the 60's/70's/80's albums and cassettes of the same names were reissues.

There was a Mister Rogers CD called "You Are Special" released in 1992 which did contain all-new recorded material.
