This episodes outline is for the fourth season.
Cold Opening/ Dressing Room
Scooter: Bob Dylan, fifteen seconds 'till cur.... What the...?
(Scooter sees Bob Dylan being tied up and held hostage by four bandits)
Bandit #1: We've got your guest star tied up, and don't even think about calling the cops, because we've cut all the phone lines.
Scooter: Oh, no wonder I couldn't order a pizza.
Opening: Gonzo's Horn
Gonzo is about to blow his horn untill Bandit #1 appears and says, "Don't even think about it!"
Introduction
Kermit is excited to announce that Bob Dylan is the guest star, untill Scooter tells him that Bob is being held hostage in his dressing room. Kermit reassures the audience that although thy might not have a guest star anymore, the show should still be great. Statler and Waldorf interrupt Kermit, stating that the show ill be better than ever, as since there is no guest star, the show should be shorter than ever.
Opening Number: Jungle Boogie
Two pigs, backed by Zoot on saxaphone, sing in the jungle. They encounter Quongo the Wild Mountain Gorillia, Butch the Tiger, Lenny the Lizard, the crocodile, some frogs, some penguins, and the snake from Raquel Welch's opening number.
Balcony
A banana shows up in Statler and Waldorf's box, asking if he can hide. Waldorf asks who he is hiding from, and Quongo shows up and takes the banana away. Statler is glad that the banana is gone, as he was driving Statler bananas.
Backstage
Kermit and Scooter discuss Bob Dylans kidnapping outside the dressing room door. Bandit #1 comes out and tells Kermit the reason why they had kidnapped Bob Dylan: They claim to be Bob's biggest fans, and tickets were sold out before they could get some, and nobody wanted to scalp the tickets, so they are holding Bob hostage so that nobody who bought tickets can see him.
Muppet Sports
Louis Kazagger covers a new sport, Axe Figting. The axe fight ends a bit early...
Backstage
Kermit comments aloud that Gonzo would like that sport. Meanwhile, Jerry and Lou go to Kermit and say that the rest of the jugband can't make it so they can't perform. Marvin Suggs also comes by, telling Kermit that he can't go on because he can't find the muppaphones. Kermit asks if he can substitute the muppaphone for anything, and Marvin Suggs hits Kermit with his mallet, prompting Kermit to send Marvin out of the theater. Scooter tells Kermit that he has some good news and some bad news: The bad news is that The Swedish Chef burned himself really badly in the canteen, and the good news is that The Swedish Chef has an understudy. Kermit thinks that's good, untill he learns that Beaker is the understudy.
Beaker as The Swedish Chef
Beaker wears a chefs hat and apron and prepares a sandwhich, but the lettuce keeps moving off the bread. Beaker takes a meat cleaver and tries to chop at it, but he accidently chops his hand.
Dressing Room
The bandits ask Bob Dylan to play their favorite song, Times They Are a-Changing. Bob says he won't sing unless they set him free, but one of the bandit points a gun to Bob and threatens his life. Bob points out that he will be dead, but they don't care, they can keep his dead body for their collection, and one of the bandits asks Bob to autograph himself before they shoot him, but then Bob decides to sing.
UK Spot/ Backstage
Due to the guest stars hostage and many acts canceling, Kermit desperately tries to find a new act. Gonzo finds out that Kermit is desperate and get's Kermit to reluctantly agree to put o the comedy duo that Gonzo discovered. The duo is a pair of chickens, Leslie and Berta.
UK Spot/ Introduction
"Due to our gueststar being kidnapped and many scheduled acts canceling, I would like to introduce this next act. You may not know this, but our own Gonzo is a free-lance talent agent, and I am sorry to have to introduce our next act, ladies and gentlemen, here are Leslie and Berta!"
UK Spot/ Leslie and Berta
Fozzie's opening music plays, but the setting is inside a barn. Leslie and Berta cluck their jokes and punchlines. Statler and waldorf heckle them after their first "joke", and Leslie makes a commanding squaking noise, which makes a group of chickens appear in the balcony and peck at Statler and Waldorf.
UK Spot/ Wings
Fozzie asks the chicken duo if he can use their attack chickens next time he does a monologue.
Backstage
Kermit and Scooter try to come up with ways to get new acts. Scooter suggests that they put on an extra-long Pigs in Space, but then Kermit comments that Miss Piggy is on vacation (which is both good and bad for Kermit).
Drum Solo
Animal puts on a drum solo, but his drumming is so loud that the stage rocks along with his drumming, causing a light bulb to fall on Animal.
Bear on Patrol
Patrol Bear arrests Baskerville for biting him. When patrol Chief Link asks Baskerville why he did it, Baskerville says that he was tired of the mailman.
Backstage
The last sketch gives Kermit an idea on how to get rid of those pesky bandits, and talks to Fozzie and Link...
Dressing Room
Scooter asks the bandits if they would like to be in the next sketch. They are all happy to be offered to be in a sketch. Scooter tells them that they will play criminals in Bear on Patrol, and puts handcuffs on them. Fozzie and Link take them away. After they leave, Scooter tells Bob that they are taking the bandits to the police station and he can perform.
Introduction
Kermit announces that Bob Dylan is finally able to do an act, and the phone rings while kermit is introducing the act, which shows Kermit that the phone lines are working again.
Closing Number: Like a Rolling Stone
Bob Dylan sings in a country setting, backed by Beauregard on harmonica, Janice on tambourine, a penguin on fiddle,and a chicken pecking at the bongos. Large stones start rolling around the set shortly after the song starts.
Balcony
Statler: Maybe we should sneak those stones into our balcony and save them for next week.
Waldorf: Good idea.
Statler: If we do, then I hope that bear perform next week.
Waldorf: Me too.
Backstage
Kermit has a phone conversation with Fozzie, and apparantly, Fozzie and Link got arrested along with the bandits beause the real police accused them of impersonating officers. Kermit tells Fozzie that he will bail Fozzie and Link out after the show ends.
Closing Number (continued)
Bob finishes his number, with more and more stones rolling around and wrecking the set.
Good Night
Bob Dylan tells Kermit that he actually enjoyed his time held hostage better than he did his number. They get joined by Scooter, Louis kazagger, the pigs from the opening number, and Beaker.
