This outline takes place during the second season and features jaheel White, better known as Steve Urkel on Family Matters.
Cold Opening/ Controll Room
Jaheel White enters and is sheered by Clifford, Nigel The Director, Andy, Randy, Zippety Zap, and Seymour The Elephant. Clifford tells Jahell to get into his Urkel outfit, but everybody is stunned when they hear that jaheel won't be playing urkel.
Introduction
Clifford: "welcome to Muppets Tonight! I'm Clifford, and tonights guest star is Steve urk-...err, uh, I mean, jaheel White. Anyhoo, let's start this show with Johnny Fiama!
Opening Number: My Girl
Johnny Sings, but there are no girls on stage. Sal tells Johnny that the girls went on strike.
First Class
Statler and Waldorf, who are watching this show from a first class airport, are not surprised that anybody involved with Muppets Tonight is on strike.
Introduction
Clifford introduces Jaheel White, "who will not be playing urkel".
Sketch
Jaheel White plays Miss Piggys agent, who is taking Miss Piggy to the set of a movie. They talk to the director (played by nigel the director) about Miss Piggys demands. Nigel fires Miss Piggy, and Miss Piggy fires Jaheel.
Commissionary
Pepe asks Seymour the question, "Is Jaheel White?" Meanwhile, Gonzo and rizzo are preparing a sketch for later in the show, in which Gonzo plays a hunter and Rizzo plays a salesman.
Hallway
Clifford flirts with the girls who were supposed to be in Johnny Fiamas opening number. They are on strike because Johnny Fiama cares about his ma more than them.
Smell Test
Snooky Bloir is the host of a new game show, smell test. Jahell and kermit are both wearing blindfolds and smelling objects. jaheel is surprised that Kermit is a better smeller, since Kermit has no nose.
First Class
Statler wears a blindfold and plays the same game. Waldorf has Statler smell the TV. Statler complains about the smell, and correctly guesses Muppets Tonight!, because it stinks.

Clifford says that many people auditioned for the part of Steve Urkel, and here are some screen tests.
Family Matters Screen Test
Gonzo, Beauregard, Bill The Bubble Guy, Sal, and David Hogsohog all audition for the part of Urkel.
On-Stage
Clifford notices that the audience doesn't seem to be pleased with the screen tests. Clifford asks, "did I do that?"
Dressing Room
Spamela asks Jaheel White for his autograph, mistakingly thinking that he plays Mr. Rogers instead of Urkel. Bobo also asks for his autograph, but thinks that he plays Roseanne. Dave Coulier makes a cameo appearance, asking Jaheel for his autograph, but he mistakingly thinks that jaheel played Joey Gladstone (a role that Dave played) on Full House.
hallway
Johnny settles his girls strike by offering free fingernail polish. But sal spent all of Johnnys money on Pizza.
Introduction

Comedy Routine
Dave does some impressions, including Popeye, Bullwinkle, and Bunsen Honeydew. Bunsen tells dave that he has the voice all wrong, althouhg he adds that he did sound that way as a baby. he then does an impression of Bean Bunny, who also corrects him. He then does impressions of Statler and Waldorf. (for those of you who don't know, Dave Coulier was the voices of Bunsen, Bean, Statler, Waldorf, and Animal on Muppet Babies)
First Class
Statler and waldorf also comment on how he doens't sound like either of them and that he is worse than the bear. Fozzie then pops out of nowhere and thanks them.
Sketch
Gonzo and Rizzo do their act. Gonzo is a hunter. When Gonzos gun gets eaten by Carl, Rizzo plays a salesman who sells Gonzo a new gun. When Rizzo asks what season it is, Gonzo says, "salesman season".
Closing Number: The Beat Goes On
jaheel plays the bongos and Clifford plays the bass as they sing the Sonny and Cher song.
Good Night
jaheel tells everybody to tune in again next week. Clifford says that he is supposed to sign off, and jaheel asks, "did I do that?"
