"Max Headroom" on "Sesame Street"?

Watching the Street back in the late 80s, I remember seeing a segment with the 80s TV character Max Headroom on the show. I'm not quite sure what the segment was about...I'm not even sure if it was "Sesame Street".

Does anybody remember this segment?
