I found this very rare television show from Jordan called Manhole (المناهل), which first aired in 1987.
This is not a Sesame Street co-production but it was definatly produced by the Children's Television Workshop and Jordan Television as proven in the closing credits. This TV show has no puppets nor Muppets in them but it has an Electric Company-style feel.

Here's more info on Manhole.

Here are the first three episodes of Manhole to give you samples of what the show is like.

I was looking at Arabic openings and closings on Youtube. When I saw the Children's Television writing at the end of the Manhole credits, I became interested on what the show was and it turned out to be a Jordanian educational television show I never saw before.
It was such an amazing find that it became a Sesame Workshop "holy grail" to me!
By the way, I wonder if Joan Ganz Cooney did any development to this show.
