Making A Kermit

So I'm working on a Kermit replica. He isn't the first puppet I've built, but it is the first that is a Muppet and has a certain look to it.

This is my current test head. I think I need to adjust the front of the face a bit. I think he's supposed to be a little more rounded there.

I need to work on the mouth size and the mouthplate size. It could also be that I only stapled the rubber gasket in place instead of using glue.

I think I need to tighten up the cheeks a little bit too.

Looking good so far.. Its a great start.
Dont forget that most of kermits head shape is made with the puppeteers hand so play around with how your hand sits in his head. Your hand should be slightly curved with the knuckles on your fingers raised :smile:

Ahh i was here at one stage i have a perfect pattern for his head which i am very happy with and looks a treat when your using your hands right if you are interested in the pattern message me
