Looking for Mr. Willowby's Christmas Tree on Video

Can anyone help me find a copy of this 1995 TV special with Robert Downey Jr. and Leslie Nielson? This was a great TV movie and I cannot understand why it's not on DVD. It was a quality Christmas show. Any help would be greatly appreciated, whether pointing me in the right direction or selling me a copy! Thanks in advance for any help.
