Looking for Episode 3900

Hello I'm new to the board. I am desperatlely trying to find Sesame Street episode 3900 to buy. It's the one with Emlo and Lulu's story. I've looked on Amazon and other sites, but I can't find a dvd that has that specific episode. Does anyone here know where I might find it? I know I can find it on youtube or sesame street but I really need to episode on a dvd. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
