Looking for an old Sesame Street film

Im looking for a film skit (or an episode that has it) from the mid-late 70's. It featured a reggae style band on some tropical set with a woman dancing to them. The band would sing/play about certain body actions and the woman would do these actions (eg: twist neck,knock knees etc). I think the skit/song was called 'watch the dance'. The woman in it is apparently my girlfriends old dance teacher...she wants to see it!

If anyone could direct me to a site/individual from where I can download or buy it that would be great. (either the skit or episode, I guess there's several that would have it)
