Hello all. So I just joined the LA Guild of Puppetry and was wondering if anyone here was a member and / or was planning on going to the holiday party Saturday night. It will be my first event and I would love to meet up with any fellow puppeteers.

My friend Stephen who puppeteers with me is in LA right now. Is the party an open invite or members only? He was hoping to meet some puppeteers on the west coast.

Im not sure actually. You can look up the guild website and it will have the details of the party but I dont know about bringing guests etc. He can probably contact the people at the guild and ask them... they seem really nice from my interactions so far.
